Lemonade is not just a refreshing summer drink but can be use to help
treat a cold and soothe sore throat. You just have to add ginger and
fresh honey to give this drink a refreshing twist!
4 cups ice cubes
2 cups purified water
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup peeled fresh ginger slices
2. Stir while pressing the ginger and mint to release flavor.
3. Add the water and stir until the honey dissolves.
4. Add the ice.
5. Put into six 10 oz glasses. Then garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a straw.
Note:
Please do not give this drink for children 3 years old and below, as they can become seriously ill. But you can use fresh honey to help fight seasonal allergies for older children and adults.
Honey Ginger Lemonade Drink
Ingredients:
7 sprigs fresh mint4 cups ice cubes
2 cups purified water
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1. Place the lemon juice, ginger, honey and 1 chopped sprig fresh mint in a large pitcher.2. Stir while pressing the ginger and mint to release flavor.
3. Add the water and stir until the honey dissolves.
4. Add the ice.
5. Put into six 10 oz glasses. Then garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a straw.
